GW servers unreachable?

Sorry if this is a double post, as I have an ongoing thread in Technical Help, but I wanted to see who else has been experiencing problems connecting/logging on to GW since last night. I've tested several game server URL's with various online ping/traceroute applications, and every one I've checked so far - 64.25.39.55, 64.25.39.57, 64.25.39.59, 64.25.39.66 and 64.25.39.67 - has been unreachable by third-party ping/traceroute.|||Connecting fine for me.|||I locked up twice yesterday doing Borlis Pass for Zaishen at the point where I talked to Rurik. I got the "unable to connect to a server" error after. Had to run -image to correct it. After 2 times I abandoned it.|||I think the problem is on the GW end. I ran the in-game network diagnostic tool a few minutes ago and got this result:

I did test from a site that does traceroutes from non-US locations and all of them reported they could get to the URL's fine. I think everyone's who has reported a problem so far is in the US.|||Comcast was having server issues on the east coast. They claim it's resolved but they have been known to stretch the truth in the past.

I doubt that it's a Comcast issue, because I'm not experiencing problems in connecting to any sites or Net applications other than GW and associated websites. Look at the excerpt from the network diagnostic log that I posted above; there's a break in the ping/traceroute line at the GW end, right after the Dallas Level 1.net servers. Several other US players have reported similar or identical problems and I doubt all of them are on Comcast.|||Connected fine for me on the east coast.|||What ISP are you using?
