A list of NPC Skills we can't use (Yet)

Some skills we've seen with skill icons attached. They hint at the possibility of being added to the game, for we all love ridiculously overpowered PvE skills. Right? Right. And why add a skill in one marginal place that most people will never even notice?

The letter inside parentheses designates which class it appears to be for.

The very weakest of these have a far outward chance hint of new basic "real" skills being added to the base set to classes. Post prophecies ones who have a far smaller pool. Withering Blade, with a larger recharge, would be almost fair.

Drunken Stumbling (W)

Stance. For 10 seconds, you attack 33% faster and cannot be knocked down. Whenever you would be knocked down, you gain 1 adrenaline and all adjacent foes take 50 damage.

Adoration (Rt)

Spell. Heal target ally 75 Health, and give them a 1% morale boost.

Falken Punch (W or A)

Melee Attack. Deals +100 damage to target foe, knocks them down and sets that foe on fire for 5 seconds.

Keiran's Sniper Shot (R)

Bow Attack. Deals +50 damage to target foe and inflicts Bleeding for 25 seconds. Has a 25% chance of dealing +900 damage.

Koro's Gaze (Me)

Spell. Target other ally is healed for 150 health and loses 1 hex. If a hex was removed, all adjacent foes take 80 damage.

"There's not enough time!!" (TV Superheroes)

Shout. For 20 seconds, all creatures within earshot attack, move, and activate skills 100% faster.

Death's Embrace (A)

Spell. You Shadow Step to target foe. You are healed for 250.

Promise of Death (A)

Hex Spell. Target foe becomes Marked and can no longer evade attacks.

Survivor's Will (A)

Stance. For 10 seconds, if your Health is below 50%, you have a 90% chance to block.

Venom Fang (A)

Dual Attack. Target foe becomes Poisoned for 20 seconds. If target foe has a Deep Wound, this attack deals an additional 80 damage.

Withering Blade (A)

Off-Hand Attack. Deals +50 damage, and inflicts Weakness on target foe for 20 seconds.

Ebon Vanguard Battle Standard of Power

Ward Spell. You plant an Ebon Battle Standard of Power at your current location. For 20 seconds, non-spirit allies in this area strike for +15 damage and gain +24 armor.

A few bonus mission skills:

Call to the Spirit Realm

Binding Ritual. Create three level 7 Spirits. These Spirits deal 30 damage with attacks. These Spirits die after 60 seconds.

Dragon Empire Rage

Enchantment Spell. Unleash the rage of the Dragon Empire bloodline, dealing 300 damage to all nearby enemies. For 15 seconds you gain 200 maximum Health.

"For Elona!"

Shout. Allies within earshot gain +25 armor and attack 33% faster for 10 seconds.

Keiran's ridiculous lolwut make believe skills:

Gravestone Marker

Bow Attack. Deals +35 piercing damage and Cripples target foe for 15 seconds. If target foe is suffering from Weakness, that foe is knocked down for 3 seconds.

Terminal Velocity

Bow Attack. Deals +30 piercing damage and interrupts target foe. If target foe is Bleeding, they suffer a Deep Wound for 20 seconds. This arrow moves twice as fast.

Rain of Arrows

Bow Attack. Shoot arrows at target foe and up to 3 foes near your target. Each arrow strikes for +20 damage if it hits.

Relentless Assault

Bow Attack. You lose up to 3 conditions. If this attack hits, you strike for +20 piercing damage and the target foe suffers Poison for 20 seconds.

Nature's Blessing

Stance. For 10 seconds, you and all allies within earshot are healed for 50 and lose 1 hex every 1 second.

Splinter Shot

Bow Attack. If Splinter Shot hits, it ricochets to up to two more foes near your target. Splinter Shot strikes for +1...11 damage.

We must assume that the Necromancer uses summon assassin, due to them not having finished the epic Animate Skull Dragon pVe skill we were promised by the Lord when he breathed life into us.

Seriously though, Rain of Arrows seems reasonable for a PvE skill. The one I personally Do Want the most is Drunken Stumbling.

Did I miss anything that should be on this?|||Three reasons we won’t get Drunken Stumbling

Desperation Blow

Drunken Blow

“I Meant to do That”

Even if we have to be drunk to make the stance work like Drunken Master, it's too nice.|||It is pretty strong. Is it as strong as Scan and Aura of Extra Scythiness? Or even a Whirlwind attack with Hundred Blades?

As strong as Soldier's Stance or Signet of Spirits?

They wanted to push Tactics, and this would give it a helluva a boost.

A creeping dread is that instead of everyone being homogenus blobs with the GWEN faction skills, they plan on making everyone lolwut overpowered homogenus blobs with their own class skills.|||is this a sign saying "i hate PvE skills >_<" ?|||You forgot 'Rock'.|||Many of those skills are from the GW:Beyond content.

There is a list on the official wiki of other interesting, removed skills. (search for 'historical content')|||Yup Kieran is officially a ******. Used to think Shiro was the lamest character in the game for all his cheesy unique skills - think he just got beaten by wankstain Kieran. Rangers are meant to be fast, quick-hitting opportunists - Thackeray is just a nob who cannot be considered a ranger.

Think he knows they are all from GW:B. Incidentally I think Call to the Spirit Realm was the motivator behind the revised, PvE only, version of SoS. Isn't much point having SoS and CttSR
