Avatar skills: increased recharge to 20 seconds.

Avatar of Balthazar: decreased Burning duration to 3 seconds.

Dust Cloak (PvP): split for PvP; increased recharge to 10 seconds.

Harrier's Grasp: decreased Cripple duration to 2...9 seconds.

Lyssa's Haste (PvP): split for PvP; increased recharge to 25 seconds.



Elementalist

Blinding Flash: decreased Energy cost to 10.

Grasping Earth: increased Energy cost to 10; decreased duration to 5...20 seconds.



Mesmer

Fragility (PvP): increased recharge to 8 seconds.



Monk

Divine Healing: decreased recharge to 12 seconds.

who said it's only for that build...?

maybe there are ppl using it for there own build, maybe ppl think of there own.......wouldn't that be a surprise|||Divine healing/Heavens delight are still terrible in pve. If you really want smiting prayers, put it on an ele, a rit or a necro. Divine favor doesn't bring anything on its own so that's the only rationale for bringing them.|||And while we are at it - can we bring back assassins?

I mean, they were trashed in PvP because they way they played was deemed broken, but they kind of play like dervishes, just less powerful - so if it's good for dervishes, it should be good for assassins also.
